This Footcare & Diabetic Footcare Awareness Course is an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain valuable knowledge on what to look for when coming into contact with people with foot problems, or potentially at risk individuals.  Although the course is aimed at health and social care workers, including care assistants, care workers, the course will also benefit diabetics, pre-diabetics, friends and family of the at risk, foot health practitioners, beauty therapists and pedicurists.

If someone is diabetic, it is very important that feet are monitored on a regular basis, as they can be more prone to problems due to elevated blood sugar levels.  This is why a diabetic footcare awareness course is needed to educate those who work with vulnerable individuals.

The course has been written by qualified teachers and health professionals in the area of foot health who have spent over 20 years experience working in the health and social care sector.

Especially, but not exclusively, Nursing Care Homes, Residential Care Homes, and Domiciliary Care Providers (staff) should take this course.  The course will benefit anyone who has an interest in the subject also.

**Nursing Care Homes, Residential Care Homes, and Domiciliary Care Providers - Email me, and I can provide a large reduction in price for multiple individual bookings/registrations for your staff.  It is highly recommended that ALL care staff/employees should take this course.

You and your staff should join this course because it will not only make you, and your staff aware, but teach some of the importance and benefits of 'looking after' the feet.

There are self assessment questions and quizzes to test your knowledge.  The course requires registration, and logging into the website to participant and complete the course.  A none refundable fee of £15.00 is required for each new registration.  The fee goes towards developing new courses in the field of footcare.

Please note:  All payments are secure payments, and follow all the usual security checks which you would expect with all online payments, so you can purchase with confidence.

You will be awarded with a completion certificate to prove you have successfully completed the program.
